Once your order is placed, your package will be shipped from our international logistics centers to the address provided at checkout, unless a different shipping arrangement was selected at purchase.

To maintain full transparency, it is important to clarify the following conditions:

Discount coupons cannot be combined.
Invoices are issued based on the value of the service provided (logistics/import handling). As our products are imported, this is the legally compliant method of taxation.
In cases of loss or delivery issues caused by the carrier, a replacement shipment will be issued and the delivery timeframe will reset.
