Axtro Act – Exchange and Return Policy

To request an exchange or return, you must contact us by email at support@axtroact.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for your request.

Within 48 business hours, we will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed. For an exchange or return to be accepted, the product must be shipped in its original packaging and without any signs of use. Items that show wear, damage, or modification will not be eligible for return.

Note: If the request is not made within 7 days of receiving the product, the customer will lose the right to an exchange or return.

For exchanges, shipping costs for sending and resending the product are the customer’s responsibility.

Order cancellation due to change of mind must be requested within 24 hours of payment.

The product must meet the following conditions to qualify for an exchange or return:

The product must not show any signs of use.
All items must be returned with their original packaging and accessories.
The customer must pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.


Incorrect Address

Once the package has been processed for shipment, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address. If the order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and the customer wishes to receive the product again, a new shipping fee must be paid. Axtro Act is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Even for orders that initially qualified for free shipping, the new shipping cost will be charged if the package is returned due to an address error or refusal at delivery.

In cases involving carrier-related issues such as loss or delivery errors for which Axtro Act is responsible, a replacement order will be shipped and the delivery timeframe will restart.


Refunds

All refunds include a proof of reversal, which the customer will receive once the refund has been processed.

For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be issued directly to the same card used for the purchase.

For orders paid by bank transfer or other offline methods, the customer may be required to provide the necessary banking information to receive the refund. If applicable in your region, refunds may also be processed through the payment platform used at checkout.
