1. When will I receive my tracking code?
Your tracking code will be sent to your email within up to 7 business days after the payment is confirmed. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder as well.
2. Do all orders include a tracking code?
Yes. All Axtro Act orders include a tracking code, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
3. My product arrived damaged. Can I exchange it?
Axtro Act prioritizes product quality. If you receive an item with a defect, contact us exclusively at support@axtroact.com within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Exchanges for defective items will be processed at no additional cost. All exchange, return and support requests must be submitted exclusively by email to ensure efficient and organized service.

5. How are refunds processed?

Exchange and Return Policy
To request an exchange or return, you must contact us by email at support@axtroact.com within 7 calendar days after receiving your product. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for your request.
Within 48 business hours, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must be sent in its original packaging and must not show any signs of use. Items with wear or damage will not be accepted.
If the request is not made within 7 days of delivery, the customer will lose the right to exchange or return.
Exchanges are processed only for defective products.
Order cancellation due to change of mind must be requested within 24 hours of payment.
Additional Information
The tracking code may take up to 10 days to update on the tracking platform, and may temporarily show messages such as “Item not found.”
Since products may be shipped from different suppliers, items in the same order may arrive separately.
Slight color variations or a size difference of 1 to 3 centimeters may occur depending on manufacturing batches and display screens.
Axtro Act is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or because it was awaiting pickup, a reshipping fee will be charged.
